Portsmouth Harbour, UK that is, not Portsmouth, NH. Twin Otter International's N723AR has been based at Boscombe Down this week and tasking appears to be Portsmouth Harbour. At the same time, Cessna 207A N73266 has been operating a similar task N73266 has some rather cool imaging kit according to their webpage . And an interesting video.... Someone suggested that they are looking for open petrol stations :)
