I've been a bit quiet recently! Here's the video of our 2006 visit to Tikaboo complete with sonic boom from an F-15 that departed from the base.

Nothing to do with N105TB at all but here's a pic of an IL-38 May at Sherman in 1995 'All true, wandering around Texas on 27 April 1995 heading up to Oklahoma called in at Sherman-Grayson to catch up with the Express One Maintenance facility and look at a load of stored airliners on the field. Found an IL38 May sitting outside an unmarked hanger. Coded Red 71. As it was late in the day, and the sun was behind the aircraft we went into the hanger to ask if we could take photographs from airside where the sun was on the aircraft. (In hindsight not the best thing maybe) We were told by three guys, none of which could hold there left arm by their side, No and we were trespassing and should leave immediately. However we did take some photos from the road, which of course is public land.'

Moffett Arrivals last week
Both N20NY and N105TB headed West on 8-May; this time not ending up at Groom Lake but at Moffett Field (NUQ) near San Jose, CA. They spent the week there. Reports of them both airborne with NASA Learjet 616 have been received from local operatives. Google the NASA Learjet for more details. I haven't seen any movements this week that show local flying or the pair departing homeward so perhaps they've flown VFR somewhere or are having some down time.
Thanks to an eyewitness at Manchester NH who reports N105TB bashing the circuit in a 'clean' configuration last weekend. N105TB is currently en route Indianapolis to Williams-Gateway and thus Groom one assumes although they seem to be trying to be unpredictable by planning to fly via Green Bay, Syracuse, Dallas-Love.
Here is the link to work to the official diagram in the paper from Lincoln Labs showing N105TB's bolt-ons. N105TB the cruise missile chaser
N20NY has been out and about locally last week.
Thanks to a curious N105TB spotter: N105TB was at CMH (Port Columbus) on 21-Dec-05 at 1700. I'm not sure how it managed to fly back east from Groom undetected; it doesn't appear as 'BLOCKED' in any of the flight trackers. Anyhow, it obviously managed to get out of CMH for BED in time for the festive season having engaged the cloaking device as its departure and arrival also remain untracked. Anyone know the callsign it used on this trip?
N105TB obviously did make it home for the holidays as it's now airborne heading west from BED to Springfield, IL.
Well during a spot of post-Xmas surfing I've found a good reference from 2000 which explains some of the lumps n bumps on N105TB N105TBs lumps 'n' bumps And also airliners.net has a photo of N105TB arriving sensor-less at Tulsa on 14-Jun-05. Either my tracking program is no longer detecting N105TB or it's still at Groom. This I find a bit odd as it would normally go home for Christmas. Perhaps it's been mounted on a plinth at the entrance to the base
N105TB is going West to Groom Lake today, routeing BED-Des Moines-Williams Gateway-DRA.
N20NY and N105TB have been doing local flying recently.
